That's not a bad number at all for +24.
So what has changed, is he acting different, are his P's in place. Food change? What ever it is keep doing it.

Hes acting the same playing, pooping, peeing, normal appetite.
Only changes are change in schedule for prior days and dose reduction because of moving shots back for a few days.
And no insulin last night.

Do you think the dose reduction might have done it and he likes the lower dose better? @-)

Kind of what I'm thinking; I did go back to regular dose this morning.
I've seen this before with him he skips a shot in the evening because hes too low and his AMPS is lower than usual, so yes I wonder but have not an idea what to try. I had reduced from 3.8 to 3.3 for AMPS and from 3.9 to 3.4 for PMPS with schedule change.
