Newbie here, please forgive me if this has already been posted (there's no way it hasn't, but am in a bind here).

Long story, but Munch's vet has refused to refill her Lantus without an appointment, to include a BG curve, which I can do at home.

Unfortunately, I can't afford to take her in, and the only available option was to purchase Novolin N.

Does anyone have the conversion tables to go from 5ml Lantus to Novolin N?

Is it a 1:1 switch? I understand the difference between the two, but it's hard to find a short answer to this.

Have you been buying Lantus from a vet, or with a prescription at a pharmacy? Which country are you in? We might have alternate sources for you that are cheaper. Sometimes you can get good deals on our Supply Closet forum.

As for conversion, we don't have a conversion rate from Lantus to Novolin N. Though we might have for the other direction if we had more information, more details here:
