Help/support. CKD sugar cat not doing well.

I know there are a variety of thoughts and opinions on giving fluids which is great to have a open forum so you can decide. @Critter Mom I am not sure the exact question-I am a big fan of SQ fluids and have seen cats practically come alive (not literally but like a new cat) after recieving fluids. Are you having trouble giving them?

I go by the motto "the best food is what your cat will eat!" However getting fluids in your baby is important and if it tastes good all the better. I give Dre Applaws ( he likes the calamari one in broth) they have many varieties and they are very brothy with little carbs-it is not a balanced meal it is a "topper" which in your situation would be fine from what I read-Tiki also has some brothy flavors and no carbs-are you giving sub q fluids ? It sounds like your kitty would benefit from them unless I am missing something like a heart condition? I am hoping your vet has given you this option.
