HELP! Shoot or not

so Truffles has not needed Insulin since Sat am. Just tested this am 246 and he’s eating. I’m wondering if I should give .25 but he has reacted v strongly to the shot previously. Should I see if it drops on its own as previously. I’m not sure what to do

So I decided not to give. Will check in about another half an hour and see what’s going on.

Well I definitely made the right call not to shoot. He’s corrected himself. Tested again and he’s 77

Good job!!

One way to check to see if the pancreas is working is to feed and then test at +3 or so....if the number goes down, it's a pretty good indication that the pancreas is doing something good!

77 was about +5 after food so I’m v happy with that.
