Help! I can't figure out if this is a good food - low Carb/Low phosphorus The company was very responsive, but they sent the amount of carbs and phosphorus in % and that isn't how the food chart is listed.

It is not clear to me if the 3.8% carbs is by dry weight or by % of total calories. SInce phosphorus does not have any calories the % phosphorus must be by dry weight.
