Help on Health - saw a 42 @ +2 today

Jo and Miga, just joined but has been on Lantus for a couple months. Jo has a spreadsheet set up, and a good bit of data collected.

Issue has been dose advice from the vets, dose based on preshot numbers and not consistent. Today's AMPS was 210. 2 units, and a +2 of 42.

AMPS 210 (2u)
+2 42 (fed HC)
+6 42 (fed HC)
+6.5 65

Could use some eyes...
