help needed with ketones on LL Barsa thread

Barsa has ketones again and Vintry is very concerned about the BSL. If you are able to help, could you pop over and have a look please.

Yes please. It's more about Levemir insulin and how it works for your cat. Ketones will go away (hopefully!) if I get BG under control. Thank you
