Help! Missed dose!

Tested Tigger this morning and he was 356. Fed him and THOUGHT I had set the stove timer for his shot, but didn't. Was rushing out, had a houseguest,etc. realizes 2 hours later while out that he never got his morning shot! ( 2.5 units Vetsulin). Just got home, been 5 hours since we tested, and just now got a 447. Do I wait till tonight for the 2nd shot and let him run high till then? Or do I give a partial dose?? I'm so mad I messed up!!

Better too high for a day, than too low for a moment.
Just pick up back on schedule.

Thanks! I'm holding off till his regular time. I just tested him at 358, so it could be worse.

Just call it a 'fur shot' Yes it could be worse...358 isn't too bad...

I'm glad someone else does things like that, makes me feel a bit more human.
