Help if someone can look at my SS and tell me what to do.

Just posted also in PZI just hoping someone is on to help me with how to do this. Loki had no insulin this AMPS because he was under 200. He ate I monitored and now at his +6 he is 427 should I feed him now and give him some insulin and have to back track to get him back on track with his schedule. This is the first time he has done this.
