HELP! Had to get new meter & readings are maybe off?

I'm travelling for work right now and my critter sitter said she could get a reading on my Relion meter this morning. I had someone go check on it and they also just kept getting E4 errors. Batteries were just changed about a month ago. There is a back "door" behind where the strip goes in that was super loose.

Long story short...I sent them to go get a new Relion meter today. They got the Relion Compact so I can continue to use the premier strips. They tested Howie and got 215 and then 188 at +7.5 (to see if there was a problem with that first strip). I have NO idea if that is an accurate reading or not as I have to call and order the control solution. Yesterday, he was:
AMPS: 186 (got 26 units Levemir and 15 units Novolin R)
+9: 70
+11: 88
PMSP: 92
+3: 98
So he could be high from a bounce from the Novolin R or this meter is completely off! I HAVE NO CLUE. Any words of wisdom???

I would just keeps testing to see if the meter is OK. I switched from an iHealth human meter to the Premier Compact and there was little change is BG and thus in the dose for my aero Snuffles. I get PS' between 90 and 120.
