my first post so if i am not doing it properly, sorry about it (should i post here or under Lantus )

, Fa was diagnosed at the beginning of July (she is fed raw food)...on lantus for 2u lantus for a vet then up to 3u per vet...then we heard people saying its too big an increase so we went back to 2u and learning to follow TR

her figures dont look good i believe but symptom wise she eats and drinks less than before diagnosis

Any suggestion is appreciated to help Fa to get better . thank you

Hi Faye, welcome to FDMB. You are posting correctly and I am glad to see you from the FB page. Please do visit the Lantus forum HERE and read the yellow tagged stickies at the top of the page. Really good information that is going to help you help Fa going forward. We have other members from Australia here too, so they can help with any food or supplies questions.

You already are doing well, home testing and making sure Fa is safe while getting insulin. As Diane suggested, post in the Lantus forum so the veteran Lantus users can advise you on next steps. Please be sure to specify what raw diet Fa is on, what commercial supplement you might be using or if it's completely homemade. Might make a difference if there are ingredients in a commercial supplement that might not be helpful for a sugar cat.

Very best wishes going forward. :cat:
