Help determining what to do with these numbers???

I have been giving Tooters Lantus for about a month. His numbers are all over the place. I am guessing he needs more Lantus since his numbers are not down, but I have seen good numbers. He is on Friskies Pate and I do him eat throughout the day. I am a manager at a retail store, so with it being Holiday season, my hours are long and there isn't anyone else that can get readings during the day and that is why some testing/shots are more than 12 hours apart. I would appreciate any feedback on what you think is going on. I did up his Lantus to 1.5 the last couple of cycles.

Without a little more data, it's really impossible to give much in the way of helpful advice.

I'm glad to see you got a +2 tonight on the PM cycle.....it's really important to get at least 1 test on that PM cycle.

Do you have a day off soon that you could do a curve?
