Help! Cat Barely eating.

We had to take my diabetic cat off of Lantus since he lost his appetite and glucose low. Range now around 124 or little higher. He has been off lantus about 3 wks to month and appetite still has not increased. Vet cannot find anything wrong with him. Losing wt and don't know how to get him to eat.

I would assist feed him. I do that frequently with some of mine. I use a syringe.
