Help --AMPS reading low for beginner--should I stall?

Charlie's reading is below the shooting threshold for beginners this morning (and that's after a possible fur shot last night!). It was 169, 184, 179. He gets his shot at 10AM. Should I wait a bit or shoot anyway?

Update -- I tested again and he was at 187 so I gave him the shot. His shots have been inconsistent since diagnosis (see my post here) and I don't want to continue that trend. I'll be home all day to monitor him.

Good job missing a dose is not good unless his BG is very low just test him every hour if you can for now to see and have a pattern on how Charlie is reacting Good Job!!! We get guts when we don’t know we have them for our babies!! :D:D:bighug::bighug::cat::cat:

Thank you so much!! I'm glad I made the right choice. I feel like I'm slowly gaining some confidence in my decision-making! :bighug::cat:
