Hi, everyone! Thinking of you all this morning, and hoping those of you in the Northeast and the North are doing well, and staying warm. Also hoping the new storm across the North is going to be milder than predicted for all of you up there.
We are doing well. We still miss the physical manifestation of our furball, Max, but he pops into a dream here or there to say hello. I can't believe it has been only 3 months. It seems like 3 years to me! Emma is growing out of her 12 month sized clothes which also makes us sad, but hey, we would worry if she didn't, right?! She's a petite 21 month old -- as it is -- wearing tiny shoes, etc., and yet she's plump and happy.
I take Emma to the pet store to see the puppies, and it's very hard to walk away from them, especially the golden retriever and German shepard! If we get a dog, we will get a rescue, of course, but that is definitely in the future. The store has not had any kitties lately, but we did go to the Del Mar Cat Show a couple of weekends ago and petted a bunch of rescue cats. I was very happy to hear that one rescue group adopted out every single cat it had brought to the show!
We miss you all, and I check in to see how your kitties are doing ocassionally, but those visits are getting fewer and farther between. *Somebody* keeps me pretty busy, but I do think of you often and send good vines to your kitties.
