Back for round 2 with Biggs. He's been diet controlled for 2 years, but I caught him sneak eating his roommate's food (Purina Grain Free Dry Food - quick internet search says 30% carbs?!?) I got complacent with his diet, now I realize that was the primary reason for his success - Live and learn.
I took him to the vet yesterday, just waiting the test results to get him on insulin, though my at home tests have him above 300 for 3 days now, so in my mind there's no doubt.
It was nice to return after a long hiatus and still see the same helpful, supportive advice that got me through last time.
