Quick update on Ms Autumn...well other than she has now deemed herself to be Princess Autumn, our lady of the silky fur. :lol: She is going down in dose yet again as of this evening..I took her down to .5 and for about a week she surfed along beautifully in the blues and greens...then apparently she thought that was boring and mom was having far too easy of a time with measuring the dose so for the last 3 days she has decided to give me that all too familiar checkmark curve....You all know the one where they decide to just keep rising and then suddenly as the insulin is wearing off right before the next shot then do a sudden drop...Yep that's the one...which with her says "Mom can I please have less insulin now! Huh? Pretty please!" So tonight she will get her wish and we will see how she does on .25u if she can't hold that much of a reduction then I back her up and start going down drop by drop.
But at the rate it is taking us to get back to internet access from home (thank god for the library) and the rate at which Ms Autumn seems to be weaning herself off the Lantus we maybe back online in time to throw her a huge party.
