Would you be able to get some in-between tests each day? You don't have to do a full curve every day, but if you could get some spot checks in, that would help us really see how well this dose is working. A lot of cats actually "bounce" after their bodies see good glucose numbers - and also when they see glucose numbers that are too low (dangerously low). If you happened to do a curve when your kitty was bouncing, you might think the dose wasn't working and increase it. Getting at least one extra test in each cycle can give us a better idea of what's going on. It's just so hard to say what's going on with Chatran right now based on the pre-shot numbers and this first curve.
He did started on low dose (.05) on his first diagnosis and his bg keep going high and after a week the vet upped it by .05. And keep upping it because bg seems on high numbers.
He looks depressed again and don't want to eat :sad: he was so good yesterday.
