Have any kitties here taken Aranesp or Epogen?

I gave Angel her first dose of Aranesp the other day for CRF-induced anemia, and since then, her BGs have been even more erratic than usual. I even went out and got a new bottle of R this morning since she's having only a fraction of her usual response, and the new bottle doesn't seem to have made a difference. It's like she's resistant even to R now.

Has anyone else seen effects on BG from using these drugs?

FWIW, my late cat was on Epogen in his last few months and I didn't notice any BG issues. He was off insulin by then and always around ~110-120 BG (but none in his urine, so I didn't give insulin).
