If anybody could give me some advice as to whether i should reduce Duke's dose. I checked him at AM+5 and he was at 3.8 mmol/L (68 mg/dl). I gave him 30 grams of high carb 24% food to bring him back up.
I checked him again at AM+6 and he was at 5.5 mmol/L (99 md/dl)
I probably fed him too much (again) in my panic and i should have steered really him with LC food.
At the moment i give Duke 1.125U which is slightly more than a 1.0F.
Should i leave it as it is as he didn't actually drop below 3.8 mmol/L (68 mg/dl) which would have earned him a 0.25 reduction.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
