Went to update Harley's ss and everything is gone. It comes up for about 10 seconds and then everything disappears. Can someone help me?

Nope nothing is there when I go to update the ss. I can also see it all when I go thru FDMB but not when I go to google docs and click on Harley. Again, it is there for 10 seconds and disappears.

It can be viewed through FDMB but I cannot bring it up through google docs to update it. Yup it is out of date...work has been very difficult but I have developed a hard copy ss that I put his numbers on every time I test. Just need to get that info in. Funny thing - I can see everything (and update) from my neighbors computer. I guess I will borrow their computer to update his ss weekly

Hmmm, probably a glitch from your computer then. The only other thing I can think of, are you sure logging into google with the same email and password you used to set it up with? (I know when my kids visit, they switch over to their google accounts and I don't always catch that it has changed.)
 
Yup - same password etc. Then I go into google doc and sign in, the list of docs come up. Very strange, but at least I will be able to update over at the neighbors. About once a year I have computer guys come and clean up my computer. I will ask them about it when I schedule again. Last time they came was March and all was well. This has only happened over the last 20 days.

When I go to Google Docs and see the listing of all the spreadsheets, I don't see Harley's there, but maybe it doesn't show everybodys, I don't know. If you can access it and update it from another computer, then there must be a setting or something that was changed in yours.
Maybe do an experiment and just start a new blank spreadsheet, and see if you can access and update that in Google Docs?
