Bix and his civie sister Noora are officially 13 today!!! I got them at 12 weeks (extremely ill and a day away from PTS) from the shelter so the date is not exact, but probably fairly close. They have been celebrating the occasion today by sleeping. :-D

Bix got his new favorite toy - the wrapper the insulin syringe comes in, LOL, he thinks it's the BEST THING EVER. Noora is getting her favorite thing, baby food, in a few minutes as a bedtime treat. Cue happy meows from when the jar gets opened til it makes it to the table, followed by slobbery noises and baby food all over her face, followed by an attempt at the paw dip into the bottom of the jar followed by the paw flick of food all over the house, which will signal the end of birthday treat time, lol. :roll:

LOVE the b-day cake & balloons, adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D

That sounds like a great day for the furry ones, I love the baby food routine. It reminds me of a bean baby turning one, and getting their cake everywhere :mrgreen:

Happy 13th Birthday, Bix and Noora!​

The baby food routine sounds priceless and reminds me of Maui's "learning to eat canned food" pictures. If you managed to snap a few shots, we would love to see them, but I know how fickle and strange cats can be about getting their photos taken. ;-)

They are certainly lucky you came along and gave them a furever home, and I know you've been blessed by their presence as well. I hope you all had a marvelous day!
