Hank has switched from Novolin N to Prozinc insulin! Yeah!!!! The first 12 hours Hank had some good numbers but not so good now. I didn't want to up his dose till we got back home from camp. How much should I increase? I am going to the Prozinc support group next to introduce to group for guidance and help. Thanks.

Great! Give it 36 hours at this dose (3 shots total), then you'll likely need to increase a bit. ProZinc has a smoother onset and drop, plus lasts longer than Novolin,

Hi, Kimmie! My Bailey boy also started out on N and after reading up, I was really glad to switch him off it. We've had some good results with the ProZinc and those who are active in that part of the forum have been incredibly helpful to us, as I'm sure you'll see too. I'm all about gathering data with my own home testing adventures and I find it useful to check out other people's spreadsheets too and see what's working for them. Good luck! See you and Hank in the ProZinc group! :-D
