Well, that was short lived. 
At +7, he's already back up to 243. Adding to the fun, I just went to buy more test strips since it looks like we'll be here for awhile. Found out that his meter has been discontinued, so I can't buy more strips and will need to get a whole new meter. Ugh.

But he DID move some. Just a little...but some. Gotta celebrate those small victories. And it might be that he moves a bit more tonight or tomorrow...and if not, we can go up a bit more.
The good news is that he's staying in those nice yellows. He's not hanging out in reds and blacks.

Patience. Patience. As Rachel said, he is in safe yellows. I'd give this dose increase 6 cycles, and if he isn't' dropping, then increase by 0.25 again on a cycle you can monitor.
