Her numbers do seem fairly flat. I'd say, if you can monitor the first cycle or two, I'd increase - maybe by .25? The numbers aren't bad, but she does have room to drop.

Everything else? What is she eating?

We'll at +2.5 she was 265. I'm going to need some new syringes to go up .25. I just can't do it with the u-40. I think I read that u-100 is good for that? Anyone know where to get those? I have a long weekend soon where I could monitor more closely.

She eats friskies special diet. We alternate between ocean whitefish, beef and chicken, turkey and giblets, and salmon. 4 or 5 % carbs except salmon which is 7.

Thanks for the advice!

Unless you need a prescription in your state, most pharmacies will sell you syringes from behind their counter.
You'll want
30 gauge (or 31 gauge)
3/10 mL (3/10 cc)
short (5/16") or long (1/2") needle (I prefer short so I don't go all the way through)
with half unit markings.
WalMart has them (code on box is 81131-0311-73).

Or you can order from ADW (link above on page)

Each half unit tick mark equals 0.2 units because Prozinc is 40% the concentration of a U-100 insulin.
0.5 * 0.4 = 0.2 units of ProZinc
1.0 * 0.4 = 0.4 units of ProZinc
1.5 * 0.4 = 0.6 units of ProZinc
2.0 * 0.4 = 0.8 units of ProZinc
2.5 * 0.4 = 1.0 units of ProZinc
