Gave fat 0.6 again. They are loving having warm water mixed in their food these cold mornings!

You all stay warm today! Supposed to be frigid here...and I'm in Alabama!!

Its an older, slider style kitchen window that needs replacing.

... and we're at -2 degrees, heading for -9 degrees.

I took off today and tomorrow. With asthma and Raynaud's, it would have been really stupid of me to go outside in this. Raynaud's means the hands and feet stop circulating blood due to vasospasms. It hurts like the limb is in a vise and clamping down.

That's the temp outside.

Outdoor temp now down to -7 degrees. Power going off and on several times in last 30 minutes. Fingers crossed I don't lose it!
