Hello all my fd friends,
I wanted to reach out for prayers for my 14 yr. old Gumpy Girl. She has gone to the bridge as of yesterday. She fought hard the last couple of months!! Now she will not have any more seizures, be confused all the time. She will be able to keep her feet underneath her to walk, and be able to eat without swalling problems and eat anything she wants. Her blood pressure will be fine and her little heart and lungs will work like the are suppost to. She will no longer have to take 7-8 pills a day and will be waiting for the rest of us! Her Sugar Bean, Civvie Slappy and Mommy will miss her terribly!
I will be watching Beans numbers and attitude for a while to make sure she will be ok and stay in remission. She is already searching the home for her sissy! This is so damn hard! And I am thankful that I have 2 other furry kids to help with the pain! I dont think I will ever stop crying or missing her.

Oh Hun, I am so so sorry that Gumpy had to leave you, but you are right she is now healthy and happy chasing butterflies at the Bridge. And you can bet there was a long line of our GAs waiting to show her around. I know for sure my Muse and Onyx will be there to greet her, as they were both that just kind of cats, always the first to meet and greet any new arrival in our house, be it human, cat or canine.

wings_cat Fly Free Gumpy, and land ever so softly back in your momma's heart.

Until you meet again,
Mel, Maxwell, Musette & The Fur Gang

I am so sorry for your loss. She is indeed whole again and pain free.
I hope the precious memories you have of her will give you comfort.

Fly free (((Gumpy))) and land ever so softly.

Oh Bell, I am sooooooo sorry for the pain in your heart. We all know that pain. You can feel safe here with that pain.
I remember Gumpy so well. You talked about her so much while helping Bean overcome her hypo on your very first test. We talked of Gumpy that night....you knew she was in trouble by then.
You've been thru so much I know.
No one here know's how very much. We have a greif forum...if you want to share your whole story.
Please know Bell that I am thinking of you, I'm here for you.
You were a newbie that grabbed my heart. First test in the 20's. You grabbed my heart....and you have stayed around with Bean in remission to help others.
Gumpy had a wonderful mama, and furfamily.
Feeling your pain today woman, sharing it with you so it may take a little of it away....
