Booger's Mom

I stopped checking Booger as much as I used to lol. Vet did a fructosamine test on him last month and said he wasn't being managed very well. I am doing the best I can geezz. Anyway. He has been all over the dang place yet again. For those of you who have assisted me with advice and stuff with Booger since he was diagnosed might be familiar with his bounciness. I had finally got him under somewhat control when the vet wanted me to bring him in to get the blood for the fructosamine test. This was a complete disaster. EVERY SINCE THAT DAY, he has been out of whack! I kid you not. I still do everything the same as I have been with the exception of not checking him like a mad woman all day long. I know I need to switch him over to Lantus and I plan on doing so once this vial of vetsulin is closer to its expiration. Are there any other suggestions on how to get him back on track? I know I need to do a glucose curve on him but I am low on strips at the moment and he is not my only diabetic, unfortunately. Any advice would be great. Thank you!
