Guaranteed or Dry Matter Analysis (again)

Hi team. I'm using the CatFood DB site which lists ingredient counts for both categories above. I love this. Can I just use, under Guaranteed Analysis, Carbs: 7.0% (for Core Wellness Whitefish, Salmon and Herring? which means it's OK?) Or must I use the GMA at 32% which is NOT? I have a brood here and try earnestly to buy pates or clear broth/gel products for all, and always consult this site.

Having to work a complex formula for each is not my forte, but my cats' BG is high today and I wonder if it's because the above is inappropriate to use? I've been at this a few years, and feel like maybe I'm still not getting it. Thanks for input. Maybe there are just so few wet foods that are OK...

As in my title, referring to Guaranteed Analysis, with no disrespect, having lost four in one year recently. And still hurting from that. Thank you for the advice.

We typically use the As Fed Analysis. The guaranteed analysis are just minimums, not actuals. You can also convert from DM (dry matter) to As Fed. If you look at the Dr. Lisa's food chart, the Wellness Core version you are feeding is 13%, which we consider medium carb.
