305 ~ AMPS; 1.4 units as I'll be home to monitor.
There was a fair bit of food left in the bowl from overnight; I hope Mason is getting to eat! She appears to go after him; I may need to move her out of that part of the basement.

+2~292 - inevitable food spike?
+4~134 - and the Prozinc is kicking in.
+5~115
+5.5~112
+6~148
+8~272
+10~292
PMPS~322

As expected, her nadir is about +5.5

:RAHCAT Pretty BLUEs today.

RumpelT's nadir is at about 5 or 5.5 too.

With that +8, I find myself thinking
1) bounce
and
2) maybe a TID variant of shooting would work better for her, like a small booster upon getting home, subtracted from the night shot.

Re: Gracie 12/22 +5.5~112, +6~148, +8~272

I'd suspect the easiest one first - that she is starting to settle into the insulin and diet, got a good reaction and she bounced from a lower number than she's used to. It could really confuse things if you'd go to TID and she is bouncing. Maybe get some more data first and see if the +8 rise is a constant?

Re: Gracie 12/22 +5.5~112, +6~148, +8~272

Well, I shoot as close to 9 am as I can manage, then I'm at work until 6 pm, which make the earliest I could test a +9.5 - probably not worth it.

Short of taking a longer lunch and racing home to check, then racing back to work, which adds to the gasoline costs, weekends are really the only time I can test, and only if I'm not doing a transport.

I may be able to check on Tuesday around +6 as I am taking 4 hours of vacation and going home early. What I was thinking was testing when I get home and giving just 0.2 units to take the edge off the rise towards PMPS.

And bounce up again.

What I liked about Lantus was the flatter curves.

What I like about Prozinc is the ability to change what I do quickly.

*sigh*
