Gracie 03/29/2014 vet visit today

Gracie has been showing some signs of food allergy, so she saw the vet today and had blood drawn to rule out any environmental allergens,
The fur loss and eruptions around her face get worse on Friskies Mixed Grill and Poultry Platter; better on the Turkey and Giblets. Stella and Chewey's freeze dried chicken and turkey made them worse, as did the chicken pill pockets and the duck and pea pill pockets.

Also, she is scheduled for a dental. Her weight is up to about 11 pounds, her fur is much softer, she doesn't have sunken hollows at her sides any more, and she's pretty stable on her insulin. Maybe that'll drop her insulin requirements just a touch.

You have done such a great job with her, BJ, under difficult circumstances and stresses. Interesting that it doesn't seem to be poultry but just some poultry.......hope the dental helps the bg levels.
