Previously

The cats hid the glucometer yesterday morning and I found it as I was dashing out the door after shooting, with no time to go downstairs and check.

Last night, I was ill and barely made it downstairs, 3 hours late, to give the insulin.

Staying home today as I couldn't take most of my meds last night, I'm still feeling crappy, and now the asthma is starting to flare and its below 0 outside. Not sure I'm going to make it to rehearsal tonight.

Darn BJ, sounds like the weather, your illness and the cats are playing havoc with your life. Hope things improve. Did they chase the meter around to hide it? I can just picture them working out how to hide it from the bean. :mrgreen:

I have a small typing table set up in front of the couch with the laptop on it. I bring over the meter to record the test numbers. I have to remember to put it away promptly, because anything not nailed down is a cat toy ... including the ReliOn Micro which is small and lightweight ... and easy to bat around!

Feeling marginally more human. Studying some more book keeping; need to turn in homework and it isn't adding up correctly!

Got a couple more tests in. She dropped further at +7.

I've managed to make it to rehearsal, after hurling everything into the toilet. I actually feel better, but I'd just taken the antibiotic (Bactrim) for the sinus infection ... which may be the instigator of the GI issues.
