Good vet on Long Island NY?

Anybody know of a good vet in NY on Long Island? Or where I could find one? I always liked the vet I'm at now but little things (that aren't so little when you consider this is the life of my cat at stake) are starting to prove to me that they have not and cannot handle my cat's situations appropriately.

You might want to edit your title to include a general location. So the right eyes find you more quickly. :-D

No problem....Cuz I could recommend a great vet.....but I think Hastings Nebraska is just a bit too far to commute... :roll:

Roni of Roni & Moonie are on Long Island I believe. Not sure exactly where but she may know one or know who else is there. I'll send her a message
 
Hi!-- I'm in Long Beach, but there are a few good vets around--The one that helped me Was Dr. Brandy Hurwitz & she is at the er hosp. LIVS in Plainview off the LIE-She helped Moonie with her diabetes & put her on lantus-I'm sure she saved her life.-I use one in Baldwin Harbor, but have used Bright Heart vet serv.,Westbury which is an er hospital too--They are great too..Hope you can find a suitable one for your babies!
 
Thanks so much..I'll see if I can get anything in for tomorrow..I really don't want to spend the money I don't have wasting time at the vet I'm with now and would rather see someone who knows what they're doing

I second Dr. Hurwitz, she's awesome. She's an internal med specialist and I know her personally. She'll take good care of you guys.
