I apologize for going awol for a day or so, I just have a lot to deal with right now. Know that I have been checking in on you all tho!

I have to run up to my Mom’s again today but before I run out the door, good news!
Asher saw green yesterday! So yes, the insulin still works. I was beginning to think it didn’t.

Mid day yesterday the in-laws were here and we were going to go out for lunch. I though maybe I’d quick test Asher before we left. Meter said 87 ! :shock:
I fed a fork full of low carb, stalled the company for a half hour, tested again, 86, fed some mid carb-just another small fork full and we went out for about 3/4 hour.
When we got back he was at 147. So WOW!!!

I’m fully aware he might be flat awhile since we haven’t seen green in weeks but I’m really happy that something happened for us. Pre shoots are still 300s but I have hopes they will come down as he settles in.

Ok, I must run, but had to share the good news with my pzi family. Thanks you all for your good vibes and well wishes along our windy path!
 
Wonderful! At least you now know that he needed more insulin and that the insulin works. Now, you can just fine tune him---and we all know how great you are at that!

Oh, YAY!!! :mrgreen: I was just reading your other thread (apparently I didn't get on yesterday? Bad when you can't remember...)...glad the insulin is still working!
