This morning Footfoot's BG reading was suddenly high - fair enough, she may be bouncing. But I was suspicious, so I tested again. Three times in a row, and the readings were:
29.8
23.6
22.3
All in the space of a couple of minutes. I've entered 24 in the spreadsheet, as a guess. I'll test the Gluconavii later with the testing fluid - I'll also compare the One Step against it (I normally use that for ketone testing but I think I also have BG test strips - if not, I'll get some).
It's never occurred to me to doubt the figures from the Gluconavii before - is this kind of randomness common? Maybe the battery is low. I'll go find the manual...
