One week ago tomorrow morning Curt received his last shot of PZI, since then his BG values have been regulated all on his own.. with no values over 100 in the last 4 days. We are so happy, he has improved exponentially and is back to his old self!!! We couldnt have done it without all your kind words, advice and encouragement. I know Curt was one of the lucky ones to go into remission so fast...Thank you everyone!!!!!

This is great news, Curt. We'll get out the :RAHCAT :RAHCAT and the party_cat party_cat and be ready for the party next week!

Hooray! That's awesome! I'm hoping for an OTJ party for my Timmy. Her last Lantus shot was also one week ago tomorrow. It's an unbelievable feeling.

Yes it was terrible!! I almost gave him to someone who could take better care of him. Who knew a simple diet change and a little extra care was all he needed?

Hey Tom... I just looked back through your old posts... Scout and Curt were diagnosed a day apart. I replied to your first post. Then they both got into the dry food that was "out of reach" to kitties with neuropathy... and were caught with their faces full on in the crunchies, two days apart... neither has needed a shot since the dry food was completely removed... And here I am at Curt's OTJ party, having a tunatini, knowing that Scout's OTJ party will be tomorrow!

I am so very grateful to the folks here for all the good advice and words of encouragement we received. I don't think I can say that enough. :)
