Gave my Girl too much insulin 1+ instead of .75. Should I give carbs now?

I'm not sure why I did, but I think I screwed up. Instead of .75 I gave my baby 1 and a little (close to 1.25). I think I just got the markings screwed up - reading right side instead of left. It was this AM and this PM. Fortunately I had to skip the dose last night because her sugar was 197 at +3, too late to give her a shot.

Would you feed her some high carb food now - to preempt a steep drop? I printed out a photo of the .75 dose on the needle so hopefully this won't happen again. I just wasn't thinking. Lack of sleep - I was up all night the night before - I had given her .75 at 216 which caused me a lot of worry since it was the first time I had shot so low. Last night I was up waiting on her sugar to go over 200 to give her a shot - I'm too new to give a shot at 200 or less, plus I had been up all night the night before.

Oh boy, another rough night coming up.

Don’t give hc yet. Her +2 is about the same as the PMPS so feed a little lc and check in an hour.
