Crap crap crap.
I swear I can't catch a break.
After camping I unknowingly brought in some ticks in my pants. Fabby was quarantined in my bedroom, where my dirty clothes stay until washing.
I found a very full tick on her last week and pulled it off and have been watching the site. It's not irritated, and seems to be healing fine... But I came by the forums today b/c Fabby has been a little "off".
She was limping on her back leg a couple days ago. (That seems to be fine now.)
She was eating great with the tick attached. We even got our first blue number on the spreadsheet in quite a while. Now, after the tick is gone, she's not eating, throwing numbers in the high 400's. Yesterday and today she's started hanging out over the water dish again. Not for long, but enough that I started noticing.
She's also been a pain about getting her glucose tested. I test 4 times a day, she's never a pain, but this past week, particularly when the test comes back high, she's given me push back on testing.
I'll call the vet in the morning. Crap.

but I did notice some of these tid-bits at my Vet clinic since we are a neighbouring state. Thanks, Paula!
