does anyone know where i can get money from an assistance program here in oklahoma?

Here's a list of organizations that help animals....some can help more than others, or you can do a fundraiser like Go Fund Me or YouCaring.com if you have friends on Facebook/Twitter, etc. that might be willing to help, but the getting started supplies shouldn't be more than about $50-$60
