Frozen wet food?

I went out to the get the kitties two auto feeders last night. I also mixed up some food ice cubes. I fed each cat 1.5 oz. at 5 AM with the intention of the feeders to feed them .75 oz. at 9 AM and 1 PM. If I put the frozen food cubes in the feeders at 7 AM, will the food be alright until the 1 PM feeding? The auto feeder does not have an ice pack compartment.

Yes, it'll be fine

We have lots of people who just add water to food to keep it from drying out (but don't freeze it) so adding the extra protection of having yours frozen will keep it nice and fresh
