Free Home medical charting carebook glucose forms included

Hi everyone.

I was looking for some software or some charts for free for home health care so I could keep track of all my Cat smokey's medical records, including glucose readings, medicines, notes etc.

I found a site that has free documents to create a "care notebook" it's designed for parents who are caring for kids but there are tons of perfect documents you can use on your computer to build a nice medical charting/notebook for your diabetic cat. Hope this is useful for people.

If you have Microsoft OneNote, you can organize all kinds of records into it. Conceptually, it is like a notebook. You can make sections and have tabs within sections. Anything can be put in there - webpagesN spreadsheets, notes, etc.
And probably the forms mentioned in the above post, too.

Having it online might help in an emergency, so you might be able to upload documents to Google Drive. (Docs). It does let you make folders and organize them that way.
