Shooting Lantus, forgot to give shot at 1:30, it is now 5:00 her BS is 347. What should I do?

I agree with what Peggy posted on the Health forum. You already are familiar with doing split dosing so what do you think about going with a reduced shot?

Also, I know it is hard with your schedule Sarah, but can you possibly get some more spot checks in?
