? Food suggestions for kitties w/ sensitive tummies

My sister's 13 week old kitties have been reeling and dealing with loose stool for the past 2 weeks. First it was coccidia and then the ABs took their toll. Last Thursday, the vet suggested taking them off all ABs; put them on Hill's i/d (sold her 4 cans); add pumpkin & FortiFlora. Their poop started to firm up (YAY!), but they went through those 4 cans of Hill's i/d in 2 1/2 days so she started switching them back to Fancy Feast Chicken...but now their poops are losing form.

Any suggestions for wet food for sensitive tummies would be greatly appreciated! Please! Thank you!!
 
I personally didn't have good luck with the FortiFlora, but the pumpkin has worked wonders. DH said that he thought one of the dogs went in the litter box the other. LOL
