Food question

I am looking for a yummy, low carb, high quality, lower cost canned or bag cat food. Ben was eating the Halo for a while but now doesn't like it much. I still have 2 12 packs of the halo and got a 30 pack of FF classic pate. He likes FF but I don't like the quality of some of the ingredients. He use to love most gravy foods but many of those are high carb. I am trying to live on SS Disability and Ben is my Companion Animal with all the state of Utah benefits like no deposit no pet rent.
All ideas will be greatly appreciated.
