Food issues,vomit

My name is angel. My fur baby is Vader. He's one and newly diagnosed. Tried hills MD and he got sick after few days. Ordered Purina DM and same thing. Was eating tiki cat in between and was fine. Right now I only have the Purina DM wet and tiki dry. Can't give insulin since he's not eaten since morning. Anyone else have this problem?

Is the tiki dry or canned?
I would feed him whatever he will eat at the moment so you can give the insulin. If you can give us some more information about Vader we will be able to help you more.
