Please tell me your low carb wet foods that are chunks, or slices, or anything but pate. All 4 of my cats are losing weight since they turn up their noses at the pate.

Also, at 2 units twice daily Watson was dipping into the low 50's so we reduced to 1.75 on 4/23/24 pm.
Since then, he hasn't had one number in the "hoped for" range. I'm pretty confused.

Have you tried the Weruva brand? They have different textures.

I have just read on the SSyou say you have been reading the syringe incorrectly. Can you show us with a photo what you are drawing up please and the dose. Thanks.. to post a photo you need to copy and paste it into the thread.

The Red is what I thought I was giving him for two units and the blue is what I should have been giving him for two units. It’s weird, but his numbers are actually quite a bit higher now that I raised him to the actual two. Very confusing.

Here is the luck we’ve had with Weruva

When you found out about the dose discrepancy, which you have been giving for 17 days, you should have stayed with the same dose and corrected the SS, as you have now given him a dose increase when he was not due for one yet. And the increase was 0.5 units. Does that make sense?
What syringes were you using before?

Someone did tell me he needed a dose increase. He was at 1.75 Increased to two, so I guess now I’m not sure where he should be. I was using the same brand of syringes, but they only had the one unit markings not the half unit marks.
