As you know, there is a discussion going on in Think Tank about whether we might have a designated Food Forum here at FDMB.

I wanted to remind folks about that discussion (should they wish to add their thoughts to the thread) but also to show what kind of threads might be posted there.
I just did a quick round-up of threads on the first page of the main health forum that primarily relate to food (though some of these are also 'health' isssues and should/could be cross-posted on the main health forum also):

I think this is a wonderful idea and was considering starting a thread asking a food question. One of the links you listed actually had my answer. Food and diabetes seems to definitely go hand in hand. Having a dedicated food forum would be quite helpful IMO.
