Good plan. The fact that he stayed flat at the end of the cycle was a nice surprise, and as Lori said in your other thread may mean the insulin is starting to give you some good results.

I know you are tired of testing, but if things are starting to change, you need to stay on top of it. At the very least, get a number around the mid cycle mark. And then tonight's number of course.

Rose I often tell peeps when I first got here my main helper (cheri and patriot bless them) told me on day 1 that the two scariest times are when you first get started....and when your cat seems to be showing signs of either wanting to go otj or pancreatic action.
In my case Tom went otj in 28 days....so i went from scared newbie to scared remission pretty quick.
The reason should be obvious...if your baby fluffy is starting to get better he will start surprising you with that occasional or contining lower numbers so you have to be on your toes with the testing.
The really great part is he is getting better and you have folks here covering your back.
It might be good to have 1 or 2 phone #'s for that rare emergency 'what should i do ' moment and no one's around.
Hugs,
Lori
