Sorry I have not been on in a while I had to go out of town.Husband stayed with cat. Fluffy is still hanging on .Vet increased his insulin to 3 1/2 2xd Number this morning was 600. We are just going day by day. Any suggestions on what I can do next?

I am sorry to hear that you Fluffy are having such a hard time. If you want some advice on dosing, we would need some current preshot numbers and nadir numbers before we would have any idea what is happening.

The last time you posted you were going back to dry food. Is that still the case? I know it is important that he eat, but dry food can really send glucose levels up. Have you considered the lowest carb dry? Are you sure testing for ketones?
