Flipping out Thread?

Sorry if this is not aligned with medical a advice forum, but i was wondering if anyone had started a venting thread? I think i am exhausting family and friends with my diabetes, pancreatitis, anorexia, uti cat chat . Would love a thread to air frustrations as well as offering my support to others when Lando and i are having a good day.
